Autopilot Follow-up Truth. In business, there is never enough time. Most follow-up programs for new or treasured clients, You will discover the opposite with this client follow-up system. Simply set up a follow-up campaign (2, 3, 5 or as many cards as you choose). Then input a client’s information (about one minute) and click your computer mouse to attach the client's name to the follow-up campaign.* Most important, the system never lets you forget a birthday, an anniversary, a holiday or a special occasion. The greeting card company prints the card, stuffs it, stamps it and mails it — exactly when you designate in your follow-up campaign, even months later. You can even upload all or parts of your current address list or database. However, it takes, on average, about 30 minutes for training and the original setup — to set up the various campaigns. (Of the scores of software programs I utilize regularly, I cannot recall a single one as easy to setup and use.)
