The function of the U-Serve is to safely separate the string from cables. The U-Serve does this with the deep groves in the top and bottom (not shown here, sorry) it easly hold the string on the top and the two cables ride in the deep grove the whole length of the bottom.  With the U-Serve securely in place between the string and the cables, this creates a window that is perfect for the string server to travel around the string when installing a new nock serving without removing the string from the bow.  Using the unique separator tool, (shown below) you can quickly and saftley separate the strands of the string for many uses, such as: special tying methods used when installing the new nock serving, The separator is an unequalled assistant when installing peep sites, kisser buttons, site anchor straps and especially silencers.  This three piece tool set not only saves you from damaging your string or cables, it reduces the risk of altering any pre-made tuning adjustments and thus saves you from having to pay expensive shop time,

The separator quickly and easily separates and holds open the strands of the string or cable, making it much easier to install most of your string accessories.  One or Both of the separators can and should be used at all times while reserving any part of a string or cable. This will eliminate (as much as possible) the unwanted twists that form under the serving that can and usually do allow the new nock serving to loosen up and change the setting of your last nock point.
